I was gone last week,(to the land where there are fireflies and you can wear shorts outside in the evening) but Charity reports seeing
Croup
a virus with a rash
vomiting with fever
Our flu mist has arrived,
Hopefully we will protect everyone and not see much flu this year.

What age is the flu mist recommended for?
The flu mist is for anyone over the age of 2.
Children with significant asthma should get the shot rather than the mist.
Many 2 year olds actually do better with the quick and fairly painless shot rather than having something squirted in the nose,
Parents can usually guess whether their child is a good candidate for the mist or not
